On January 26, 2023, the San Diego Regional Task Force on Homelessness conducted the We All Count point-in-time count countywide. Mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), this annual Point-in-Time (PIT) count provides an estimate of the number of homeless persons throughout San Diego County. The count includes persons living “on the street” or staying in homeless shelters.
