I just received my annual backflow test letter, what should I do?
Step 1: Visit XC2Live.net with your desktop or smart device as seen below to see which of your backflow device(s) are due for their annual test(s).
Step 2: If logging in via a smart device, be sure to view site with the “Desktop Site” version as shown below.
Step 3: Log in to XC2 Live with your “Customer Code and PIN” provided in your letter.
Step 4: Reference your customer information page and view your list of backflow device(s) due for their annual test(s).
Step 5: View our Certified Backflow Testers List by scanning the QR Code on your letter with the camera app on your smart device. Select and contact a tester to schedule your backflow device to be tested.
Step 6: Provide Testers Access Code to contracted backflow tester. Tester will turn in backflow test results to the City on your behalf using their own XC2 Live credentials.
