Public Comment: To submit comments in writing, please do so at the following link:

If you would like to have the comment read out loud at the meeting (not to exceed three minutes), please write “Read Out Loud” in the subject line.  Please submit your comments by 6 p.m. on the day of the meeting in order to have your comments read out loud.

Please Note:  Starting June 8, 2021, in-person public comments will resume at Planning Commission meetings.  If a member of the public speaks during the “Public Comments” portion of the agenda and submits written comments, the written comments will not be read out loud.

All comments received from the public will be made a part of the record of the meeting.  Please do not send emails directly to Planning Commissioners.
